WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
• We welcome all types of wholesale buyers but we reserve the right to apply different
price policy for different types of wholesalers.
PRODUCT
• We sell only jewelry with genuine gemstones with full disclosure of origin, treatment,
enhancement and so on.
• Calibration of stones is +/- 0,3 mm and colors may vary slightly due to the
characteristics of products.
• We offer 9K, 14K, 18K gold and silver 925 rhodium plated.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
• We have different price list upon volume and conditions. Tell us more about your

• Wholesale orders are net price.
• Pricing may change but will be as marked at the time of purchase.
• Proforma invoice is sent after order confirmation and final commercial invoice is
sent separately once order is completed and paid.
• We accept bank transfers only.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
• Generally we do not require MOQ but you have to consider all costs like shipping,
handling.
• For high volume buyers we will prepare tailor made offer.
• For shapes other than drops, hearts, round and cushions we require MOQ 10 pieces each
model. No MOQ if the model is on stock.
PRODUCTION TIME
• Production on your order begins once payment is received in full.
• All of our products are made to order and takes 2-8 weeks. Each order we confirm
individually.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on our wholesale items. All sales are final.
• Please contact us within five business days after receiving shipment if there are any

PACKING/SHIPPING
• Your order will be secure packed. Chains we wrap around PE foam, 10 pieces in
bulk.
• All international orders are shipped via UPS. Cost of shipping depends on
weight, insurance and expediency (EU about 20-35 EUR, outside the UE 50-150 USD).
• Buyer is accountable for shipping and handling fees.
• We may look into other shipping methods depending on size of order. You can send us your AWB.
• Overseas customers must take full responsibility for shipping as well as Import/Export duties.
RETAIL SELLING
• By purchasing our items wholesale, you may sell our products on the website or
physical location. We do allow selling on any other platforms (e.g. on eBay, Etsy,
Amazon, Facebook, etc.).
• We do not set minimum retail price.
• You may use our product photos in your promotional materials as long as you sale
our products. Please contact us to get access.
